WebNov 4, 2024 · actuall i got it to work by changing the setting in my ethernet adapter. i went in and type the same ip address as the router creating and conflict after saving it i went back in and replce ip with assign automaticly and then Genie pop up came and i was able to get the back back to factory. thanks for everyone help.
