WebMay 12, 2024 · This study section [formerly known as SBTS-E (10)B] reviews SBIR and STTR grant applications involved in innovative research and technology development of biomedical devices and systems for treatment and diagnostics in surgical sciences especially for the cardiovascular system and for life support in critical care and trauma. WebHe has served five years on the BTSS study section of the NIH as a charter member and as the lead of the Theoretical and Computational Workgroup of the Multiscale Modeling Consortium of the NIH. He was on the advisory board of the Mechanical Engineering department of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
